Printo provides an on-demand digital printing service. Because printed materials are produced specifically for each order at the time it is placed, printed items cannot be returned once a print job has been completed.
If a completed print job is defective due to a verified fault on our platform (for example, the wrong file was sent to the printer because of a system error), please report it within 24 hours so we can investigate. Returns are not accepted for issues caused by user error (incorrect file, settings, or copies selected) or by the printer hardware.
