2. Description of Service

Printo is an online printing service that allows users to upload files and print them on network-connected printers. The Service facilitates the connection between users and printers through our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all files you upload comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You must not upload files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • You are responsible for selecting the appropriate printer for your print job.
  • You must ensure you have the right to print the content you upload.
  • You are responsible for any charges incurred through the use of the Service.

4. File Upload and Processing

When you upload files to Printo:

  • Files are processed and transmitted securely to the selected printer.
  • We do not store your files permanently. Files are deleted after the print job is completed or cancelled.
  • You are responsible for ensuring file compatibility with the selected printer.
  • We reserve the right to reject files that violate our terms or pose security risks.

5. Printer Network

Printo connects users with network-connected printers. We are not responsible for:

  • Printer availability, functionality, or maintenance.
  • Print quality issues arising from printer hardware or configuration.
  • Network connectivity issues between the Service and printers.
  • Printer location accuracy or accessibility.

6. Payment and Pricing

Pricing for print jobs is determined by the printer owner or operator. Printo may charge a service fee for facilitating the connection. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a print job. Payment is required before the print job is processed.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Print job fails due to technical issues on our platform.
  • Print job is cancelled before processing begins.
  • File cannot be processed due to format incompatibility (not user error).

Refunds will not be issued for print quality issues, user errors, or printer-related problems. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the print job completion.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using the Service, you grant Printo a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your files solely for the purpose of completing your print job. You must not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Files uploaded to Printo are:

  • Encrypted during transmission.
  • Not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Deleted after print job completion or cancellation.
  • Not shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your print job.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Print illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to printers or the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or connected printers.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also discontinue use of the Service at any time.
