Refund Policy

No Refunds

Printo does not offer refunds for print orders once a job has been submitted for processing. Because print jobs are digital, on-demand, and produced immediately upon confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled or reversed once processing begins.

Limited Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in the following cases, and must be reported within 24 hours of the print job:

  • Payment was deducted but the print order was never received by the printer.
  • A verified technical failure on our platform prevented the print job from being processed at all.

Refunds are not issued for print quality concerns, user error in file selection or print settings, or issues caused by the printer hardware.
